General Construction Laborer
VMC Construction is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team. This seasonal position involves hands-on agricultural and concrete construction work throughout Northwest Iowa and the surrounding region. Construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to work with individuals who are ready to learn and work as part of a team.
What You’ll Do
- Concrete forming
- Pouring and finishing concrete
- Material handling
- General construction and jobsite duties
- Work effectively as part of a crew
- Travel to project sites may be required Monday through Friday
What We’re Looking For
Construction or concrete experience is a plus but not required. A valid CDL is also a plus. Candidates should be dependable, willing to work hard, and comfortable working in a team environment.
